The Scottish Health & Fitness Awards are brought to you by On Rank Events. On Rank Events was founded with an ambition to celebrate the best within industry niches. We started with the Scottish Passenger Transport Awards, followed by the Scottish Aesthetics Awards, as well as the Scottish Garage Awards.

William Flynn
Managing Director
William heads up our team and oversees the running of the company. In addition, he provides advice in strategic planning, business planning and finance for businesses.
He owns and runs a number of businesses, and has worked in senior roles across a wide range of sectors. Having run his own businesses for the last 30 years, he has an in-depth understanding of the challenges business owners face when starting and running a business. His passion lies with helping businesses to achieve their true potential.
In his spare time, William enjoys keeping fit Walking, Badminton, Swimming.
Emily Archibald
Events Coordinator
Emily is our events co-ordinator who thrives in events planning! Despite only joining the business this year, she already has a number of successful events under her belt. She has worked within administration and planning roles before becoming our events co-ordinator and uses her knowledge from these previous roles to her full advantage when it comes to problem solving and working on her own initiative. She particularly likes managing and updating our social media accounts, as well as liaising with event attendees.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her cockapoos’ and socialising with friends and family.
Kerrie Flynn
Events and Marketing Co-Ordinator
Kerrie is our Events and Marketing co-ordinator. Kerrie is a connector who loves to bring people together. In and out of her professional life, she is always finding herself in the middle of planning fun and memorable events for her friends and family. That is why, after many years of working as an operations manager, a transfer to working in the event industry was an ideal career move for her. Kerrie takes great satisfaction in seeing everyone happy and is grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the hard work and recognition this industry deserves. In her free time, Kerrie loves trying new restaurants, keeping fit and travelling with her family.
Nicole Tamburrini
Events and Marketing Assistant
Nicole has only joined us this year making her the newest member of the events and marketing team. Before joining the team, she went to university in Glasgow to gain her Masters in marketing.
She has previous experience working within marketing roles which has led her to build up a profound knowledge and skill set that can be easily adapted to any situation. She loves creative thinking and using her attention to detail to make sure even the smallest things are perfect.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
